水雾化铁粉是指,利用高压雾化水通过特制的喷嘴将高温铁水击打成细的雾状粉末,然后通过分选、脱水、干燥、还原、破碎、筛分、合批、包装等工艺形成钢铁粉末。目前,当水雾化铁粉由水中分选出以后,铁粉中仍含有大量水分,若直接干燥处理,将大大的增加干燥成本,因此在分选处理后需要脱水处理,现有的脱水方式是通过滚筒筛或振动筛去除掺杂在水雾化铁粉中的水分,由于水雾化铁粉粒度小,滚动筛或振动筛的筛孔很难达到要求,从而导致大量水雾化铁粉流失,造成产品浪费,过滤效果差;而且掺杂水分的水雾化铁粉流动性差,易滞留在滚动筛或振动筛上,影响生产连续性。
